McMinn County Launches Patriotic Outdoor Decorating Contest in Celebration of America 250

McMinn County, TN —July 1, 2026- Residents are invited to showcase their patriotic pride and community spirit by participating in the McMinn County Patriotic Outdoor Decorating Contest, celebrating the upcoming America 250 anniversary.

Homeowners and businesses who have decorated the exterior of their homes and businesses with patriotic displays are encouraged to submit a photo for a chance to win a prize valued at $250. The contest is designed to recognize creativity, civic pride, and enthusiasm for honoring America's 250th anniversary. Participants may submit photos of their patriotic decorations by emailing them to brianna@makeitinmcminn.org
