Athens Regional Park is the recreational hub of Athens. The park features a fishing lake that is routinely stocked, an 18-hole disc golf course for all skill levels, a five-field softball/baseball complex, multi-size soccer fields, a large playground with a splash pad, nature trails, and picnic pavilions. Come by yourself or bring the whole family – there’s something for everyone, from walking and biking paths to sports facilities and a free splash pad for summer fun. The park is open daily (7am–10pm) and admission is free.
