Join us for a hands-on Canning College and learn how to safely use a pressure canner with confidence! You’ll also learn the science behind home food preservation and the importance of food safety. This class will guide you step-by-step, and each participant will go home with a jar they canned themselves! Class will be held July 14th from 6–8 PM. Space is limited—register online at mcminn.tennessee.edu.
